St Andrew’s CE (VA) Infant School

The Governing Board at St Andrew's Infant School has a strong focus on three core strategic functions:

Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;

Holding the Headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils; and

Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.

The Governors meet and operate as a full Governing Board each half term. Governors also visit the school during the day to meet with the children and staff and help with other activities throughout the day. If you would like further information about their work, you can visit the school and ask to read the approved minutes of the Governing Board in school.

Our Chair of Governors can be contacted via the school office.
